Travel Babies and the End of the World

21 Dec

What do these two things have in common? Well, hopefully a lot.

They both could have happened today, and thankfully for everyone involved neither seem to have come to pass. Whew! Likely we are peacefully camping in Rio Claro, enjoying some beautiful and remote nature. Quietly chilling out by a not too touristy river.

Or, we are hiding out from the madness that has overtaken all the urban areas, and staying in Rio Claro which is located in a valley safely removed from most volcanoes and active faults as we can reasonably get while in the Andes in the Ring of Fire.

Either way, the best news is that neither of us need a trip to see a doctor about parasites growing in our bellies. Actually… My belly parasites haven’t seemed to go away, even with the second degree liquid nitrogen burns. But no babies, people. No travel babies!

At least, not yet. 😉

Happy 9 Months of Traveling Anniversary everyone!
